
To sharpen positioning and unify visual communication, this real estate and business consultancy partnered with LOFT°COMM for a comprehensive brand transformation and content production system.
While the service offering was strong, the challenge lay in making the brand communication more clear, consistent, and modern across all channels. Although a platform-specific communication approach had been adopted, the lack of a unifying strategic visual communication system led to fragmented messaging and limited brand-building impact. The existing visual identity no longer reflected the company’s positioning, leaving untapped potential to strengthen both client acquisition and employer branding.

LOFT°COMM initiated the process with strategic workshops and a communication audit to define core challenges and future positioning. Based on these insights, we developed an integrated brand communication and visual identity system, combining brand strategy with end-to-end content execution.
This included a communication-focused brand analysis, the development of a tone of voice and messaging framework, and a refreshed visual identity system including typography, color structure, and layout principles. A cross-channel content strategy for brand communication ensured consistency across platforms and formats.
On the production side, the transformation was brought to life through the development of a new corporate website, an image film, and a dedicated recruiting video, positioning R3AL Management within a modern corporate brand communication system. In addition, social media content was produced across multiple formats, including motion content, still imagery, and a consistent visual system for team and office photography.
Beyond the initial rollout, the collaboration continues through ongoing content production and communication management, including editorial planning and platform-specific publishing. The integrated brand transformation and visual communication system enabled R3AL Management to communicate more consistently across all channels, significantly improving brand clarity, client perception, and employer branding performance, and positioning the company as a modern and trusted consultancy in its industry.
