Following a significant renovation, Austrian boutique hotel Einwaller partnered with a creative agency to develop a renewed brand identity. To build on this foundation, LOFT°COMM took responsibility for crafting and producing the visual communication across film, photography and digital content formats.
The hotel aimed to engage two distinct audiences: potential employees and prospective guests. The challenge was to translate the refreshed identity into authentic, cinematic storytelling that clearly communicates the hotel’s values, atmosphere, and unique culture across both employer branding and guest communication.
"We set out to make the renewed spirit of the hotel visible: authentic and inviting - for talents and travelers alike."
LOFT°COMM translated the renewed brand identity into a coherent visual communication system for hospitality brands, combining cinematic storytelling with hospitality image film production, employer branding video content, and social media assets. This included the creation of a cinematic recruiting video for hospitality employer branding, an image film showcasing the guest experience, and seasonally adapted social media content and photography designed to engage and inspire potential visitors. This dual-focus approach ensured that all outputs were aligned with the hotel’s positioning and consistently expressed across channels through a unified visual language.
Since relaunch, Seehotel Einwaller has seen increased engagement from high-quality applicants, strengthening its employer branding in the hospitality sector. The recruiting film became a key asset in communicating culture and values through authentic employer branding video production for hotels. On the guest side, the image film and social content significantly increased brand awareness and engagement, leading to higher levels of interaction and inquiry.
Overall, the cohesive hospitality visual communication system enabled the hotel to capitalize on its renovation and clearly differentiate itself within both hospitality marketing and recruitment communication, positioning the brand more strongly across digital and social touchpoints.
